Went around two weeks ago and the screen on screen 6 was faulty, complained online as was nobody really around when we came out. Went again today, same screen, screen 6 and low and behold it’s not been fixed it’s actually gotten worse and they are still using it. Big yellow mark on the middle of the screen. More interested in taking peoples money than not using the screen until it is fixed! We did get complementary tickets to go back but how do we know if it’s fixed or not when we do.. they do not warn you of it when booking or before you go in!
I'm very pleased with the level of service provided by both Harvey and Brooke. They both looked after my friend and I, but were kind, helpful and positive throughout. The two of them are a credit to the cinema and credit to themselves. Prices overall were very affordable. Very happy customer.
One star is a compliment frankly, I am flabbergasted by the way the staff acted the kind lady who served us the food I pray to her and I cannot say say the same about the others my son brought a slushie with a limited edition Garfield cup which my dear son wanted but you couldn't buy it without a drink so I regrettably brought the drink it was £6.00 atrocious...and then my daughter with autism and arthritis felt over and the manager shouted at her she was in tears later for most of the movie but I couldn't hear that over the boisterous noise as well as the battered seats it looked like a bomb sighting in there and when it ended they didn't turn the lights of so my darling daughter fell on the steps. She entered in tears and left with them too.... I expected better.
Lovely helpful staff. The cinema was clean. Vip seats were comfy and spacious. One star missing as it was hard to find our seat row in the dark for screen 4. That needs adressing. Felt really bad at how much mess people left behind for the staff to clean up. It was actually appalling how much food and rubbish was on the seats and floor, not just kids either. The adults were just as bad! Really enjoyed our visit. Thank you.
We were in screen 5 of Vue cinema in Redditch recently. Been here before and always enjoyed it.nHowever, this time we were watching Garfield the movie with our 5 yr old amongst other young children.nThe level of sound must surely have been illegal, decibels were off the rada for 'ears so young'. He covered his ears for most of the film and we are regular cinema goers. Some of the other children started crying.nHaving the volume that loud does not make the film better. It will create hearing problems whilst they are still young. Please turn the volume down a notch! Thank you
