Story

The Mockingbird is fully independent and is all about offering a disruptive cinema experience. We feel that cinema's need soul in both their food and drink offering alongside a great screening environment too. We can also cater for a number of corporate or private hire types.

We had such an amazing experience at the Mockingbird Cinema. As always, we were there way earlier, but we had a nice surprise as we found that we have the chance to delight ourselves with an awesome ale before the movie. We couldn't mind the wait because the atmosphere was stunningly good. Also, it's almost unbelievable that a single ticket is only 5 quids. We are looking forward for the next movie night there!

Fantastic environment. Reminiscent of movie theatre experiences as a child in the 70s. I could've easily spent all night watching movies, eating good food and drinking.

Great little cinema with a resitend bar/food place. I was quite surprised to find this little gem online with some really cheap movie tickets for new releases. Now for the drinks, there is a good selection of alchoholic and none ones, but I have not tried the food so I cannot comment. The front house guy for the cinema was very friendly, props to him!

Great selection of beer and wine. Really nice location. Cinema was comfy and had great sound. Staff very friendly.

Films are priced how they should be. The food is great and you can bring it in to the cinema. The staff are also really friendly.
