I had high expectations before hand, unfortunately after entering the venue I was totally disappointed with numerous aspects; Hygiene below expectations, the decor is disastrous, broken doors, walls, leakages in the kitchen and in the toilets.... etc. The only advantage of this venue is that, the party stops around 4 am and your allowed to bring up your own drinks.
The only positive is that you get to see Indian movies that are not screened at major cinemas. The place is rundown and does need renovation. If you pick a weekday and movie that is a week old you might find that you and your friends are the only ones watching the movie. They wont run a movie unless there is a minimum of four people though.
Good for watching movies especially Indian movies with kids. There is not that much parking space. Price wise cheaper than any other place. Can improve with more variety in food area. Space between rows are narrow. If anyone had bad knees it's not good. Had to stretch my legs few times . Staff are good and helpful. Only had parking in the back for cinema viewers. Parking need to be sorted.
£4 movie ticket price. Very good selection of Indian movies - Tamil, Hindi etc. Limited parking available - both paid and free. Cinema facilities: average. Projection: OK. Sound: good. Decor: average to good. Snacks: OK. Sound from adjacent screen can be heard on this one, which is disturbing at times. No interval. Overall average to good for the price paid.
This place is quite big inside. The outside does not do this venue justice at all. There is parking available but I personally don't like it as the ground is very rubbly and the existing is very awkward. But the hall itself is a beautiful venue for a special occasion.
Walking up to the building smells like dead rats the main hall look nice but the carpet hadnt been changed since stopped being a cinema. The kitchen was horrific and the dishes flithy. Highly suggest if your going there to eat before hand and wear comfy shoesits not the kinda place to go bearfoot.
I’m not one to leave negative reviews and let a lot of things slide. However the experience I had with this hall & Raju as event manager is beyond anything I’ve ever experienced. My family experienced a lot of grief from our guests due to not enough seats & tables being out at the wedding. Even though we clarified with Raju about how many guests will be attending. We had proof of Raju even saying it’s fine when we told him about number of guests. When talking to Raju during the event about this issue. He did not address it and got aggressive towards us and started making our night to remember a night to forget. Instead of resolving the issue, he created more issues on top by pulling his waiters out so our own family members had to start serving. It was horrendous. We felt so helpless & ashamed. If you value your respect, avoid this hall at any cost!!!!!
Terrible, rundown cinema. Torn seats with a damp atmosphere. Looking from the outside, you won't even know its a cinema as it has just a banqueting suite board at the front. You cam hear the audio from showings on other screens while watching your own movie. Will never go there again.
Great place for Indian movies and in a very accessible location. Not 5 star since parking is a bit messy. But the staff are very helpful to find you a parking spot.
Like any other theaters this place also offers many movies, specially Bollywood, and South Indian movies. Sound in theater is good but many times it leaks sound from neighbour screens also. And green lights hanging at exit gates are harsh when lights were put off during screening. It was distracting from actual visibility on movie, so could not enjoy movie when I visited couple of times.
