Unable to get a doctors appointment, animed is absolutely useless, its too strick on tick boxes, cannot find what is wrong with you. It's a complete nightmare, some of the staff need to have compassion training, fed up of speaking to someone, who is not able to take on board you need to see someone face to face not have to send an email which then gets an automated response. Do not register with this surgery
Appointments are shocking I got on anima at exactly 8am and nothing. No appointmentsnTried ringing. Over 30+ in the queue.nVine medical are the worst of them all.nThey don't do anything. They're lazy. And half the time they miss off notes and documents from patient records.nnTwice the hospital has requested referral to pain clinic via gp. And it's been ignored.nnUseless, what even are we paying national insurance for? Or tax? To have to pay extra for private care?
How am i supposed to book an appointment? I have been on queue twice. Didn’t received a call back first time and second time i was on call and reached my position but they hang up. Been on this phone since morning and nobody picks the call. I called them back soon as they hung up and now i am on position 54.
If you do somehow get an appointment then you might not be told about it!nnI was looking at the nhs app to double check the time of a blood test and I found out I had an appointment yesterday that no one told me about causing me to miss the appointment.nnI understand everyone at vine medical group must be extremely busy but it’s not very helpful to given an appointment and not be told anything about it.
A huge improvement in the last 2 years. No issues whatsoever. Always got appointments the same day using the online system. For both my children and myself. They were a huge help when I was going through Hyperemesis Gravidarum. Got me straight in to do a urine sample and got me admitted to hospital. No waiting around. The only issue is if you need to contact the surgery, you’ll be waiting a while. I highly recommend the online service!
