No longer doing booked appointments, having to go to the other end of Waterlooville at forest end to see a GP through an appointment... I can't walk long distances and have major trouble getting on public transport, I chose this place 8 yrs ago cuz it's down the Rd and the appointments were quick but ever since they've merged with other surgeries it's gone completely down hill... I can't even go to a different Dr's cuz one isn't in possible walking distance for me... This health center is a disgrace and seriously need to start doing appointments again for people who have no way of getting to the other end of Waterlooville just to see a GP...

Trying to make an appointment is near on impossible. You have a 30-45 minute wait just to be told you can been seen in a months time. Terrible service and has been the same poor service for years now. No wonder people scrap primary services and go straight to their A&E. think wisely before choosing vine medical group as your GP service.

Went in asking for an emergency appointment around 1515pm. I am not from the area and needed immediate help. Was told to go to the hospital and they would call me a taxi if I needed it. There were no appointments available and that there was a room full of people (I counted 6). I made my own way only to find I'd had a heart attack. Luckily I'm still alive but only for the exceptional outstanding care received at Queen Alexander. Sad sad story of a poorly educated receptionist who clearly is allowed to make decisions on behalf of a major health clinic. If I had my way she should be dismissed immediately.

speechless took over a month to get a letter from my doctor. lost everything because of it. even begged for help. now I'm finally getting listened to....at a different doctors.
