I love this surgery, the doctors are really busy but still caring and positive despite the pressure they're under. Their drop in clinics are excellent, meaning urgent stuff can get dealt with on the day if you're willing to sit and wait. Someone on here has previously complained that their husband can never get an appointment (never trust a second hand reivew) but I've not found that to be true at all. You might have to wait a few days to get a regular appointment but then you can always get a drop in appointment if it's urgent so where's the issue? The only criticism I have is that the car park is not big enough but there's parking available not too far away down the street so you can always park somewhere, even if it's not right at the surgery. I've lived in a lot of places over the last 10 years and have found this to be an excellent GP's surgery providing a top level service despite the extreme pressure the NHS is under right now.

Believe this to be the best surgery in the area the good caring doctors with good support staff. Patients are put first

I'm not sure what happened today. Asked for a Dr call back. I rang again at18.00 and was told that I would get a call......nothing! Surgery now not open until Tuesday after the Bank Holiday.
