I took my iPhone in for a cracked screen repair and battery replacement. They were knowledgeable, professional and friendly and my repair was done within the hour. You can see the repair workshop behind the desk and it is clear that the staff are taking good care of the devices they are working on. No concerns about the security of my device or data and absolutely faultless service - would recommend them to anyone. Thank you!

Really good service... I sent an email and got a reply saying they could help so took the phone in and 24 hours later it was done. Clear pricing and if I had booked it probably would have been sorted in an hour. Really like the 8.30am opening do I could pop in before work. Will use again and won't bother dealing with Apple ever again when the phone is not working.

iPhone Doctor was extremely helpful and had been recommended by a family member. Having problems with iPhone shutting down and restarting. Thought the battery needed replacing. iPhone Doctor ran a battery test but this wasn't the issue, they kindly carried this out free of charge as the battery was not the issue. Will return for a diagnosis as its not the battery at fault. Can't fault the service, took less than 20 minutes.
