Bad customer service, unprofessional - Today I visted Forest End Surgery, I have two small children no parking spaces. When I called to inform the surgery I cannot find parking the recpetionist answered "hello" to which I asked confused is this the surgery? She replied "no" and hung up. Then they call me back I miss the call a space has opened up for me. I have to rebook anyway I will go in and explain why I was late etc. I'm in the wrong place I was told to come to the address on my letter, okay please rebook me. I told them I called them and someone hung up on me to this she said nothing. Your son is inactive on our system okay I will give you his birth certificate no you need to fill this form in. I know you have the information scanned onto your system already, don't you just reactivate his file. No you need to fill this in and try to be 10 minutes early next time so we can put this on the computer. How did he get the appointment in the first place. So they are both rebooked for the 7th March yes that's right it is the 8th February, unbelievably bad service. Vine Medical Group you are not the only medical service in the area.

Very very poor. If I could give a negative ⭐️I would. Constant problems with getting repeat prescriptions. If you have any pain killers stronger than over the counter avoid avoid avoid. They will not consider the views of consultants at major hospitals and the first your made aware they have withheld medication is when you attempt to pick it up.
Good luck getting an appointment whithout a months notice. Long wait times on the phone whenever you call and withheld medication. What do GP's do again.
Avoid avoid avoid. You have been warned.

Receptionist was rude and abrupt on the phone, I'm calling you for help and advise but did not seem to want to help in the slightest with the tone of voice, I was made to feel like I was being an inconvenience by calling, was also on hold for 20 mins and impossible to get an appointment, I now have 2 telephone appointments for over a weeks time - not helpful but all I can get!

Very poor of late cannot get an appointment- new annoying complex telephone system, 3 times lately I have required same day attention for problems that have meant I've had to take time off work and they have not deemed them urgent enough for me to see anyone not even a nurse. On hold for 25 mins last time. I gave up trying in the end - don't know who my named doctor is. Such a complicated system of times you can ring and other info that you have to listen to every single time you call.
Then you have to tell all your symptoms to a receptionist (which is sometimes difficult and requires privacy your end which is not always possible when making a call from work for example so really you have to take time off work just to make the call) who relays it someone else. It feels so impersonal and indirect and how on earth I would cope if I was really unwell I don't know - it's an absolute mission!
Things seemed OK last year - think I'm going to try another practice now.
