What a joke. Turn up at 3.30 to get an appointment. 20 plus people already waiting. Only 2 doctors on duty as my doctor is on holiday and they don't get another doctor in to cover him. Poorly babies crying because they are having to wait too long. Not the first time this has happened. Cant wait for other surgery to move over. Gonna be chaos

Fantastic service every time I go, down to receptionists and doctors . I have been with this surgery for over 10 years and I cannot fault anything . Nothing is ever to much trouble .

The best thing about the surgery is the no appointment service. You turn up during the walk in sessions and see your allocated GP. The worst thing? Sadly the GP. Uninterested, lack knowledgeable and fob you off continuously. Refused application for a new GP. Probably in the hope that yoh will go elsewhere.

Helpful doctors and surgery staff and most of all no appointment system. You are seen to when you are ill, not weeks later.

I would not recommended this practice to anyone. Was given a g.p so uninterested in the issue you are there for, not only that when asked can you book in with a woman as you feel more comfortable addressing woman issues with a woman I Was told over the phone I could, arrived and was told no and send away, worst practice in Waterlooville so will be looking for a reccomendation for a better Dr and service. Absolutely disgusted
