Since becoming the VIne Medical Group, it has become almost impossible to get appointments. Told this morning that there is nothing until the 18th December and then only bookable on the day, due to the Christmas rush. 
I have been registered here for over 20 years, and never known it to be so bad. None of my family have been able to get appointments recently.

Since November I've been trying to get into QA Audiology Dept referred to by my Doctor . It's now nearly February & despite being assured that the Audiology Dept have been contacted . When enquiringly why I'd not heard quests what?? Yep no letter from This Surgery has been sent to QA. This surgery has so gone downhill since joing  the Vine Group

Honestly 3 months ago would be 1 star but since they introduced the new appointment system and triage I have had no problems booking regular appointments in advance (2/3 weeks) with my GP of choice. Personally, I feel my GP cares about my health and wellbeing and no matter how late they are running I never feel rushed like in my last doctors.

Finally, and most importantley, I trust the doctor and nurses there. They treat you with respect and are professional. 

I would, and have, recommended to family and friends.

They have lost my husband and mine registration forms with our documents attached. That was our first approach. Bad in every single aspect
