Very organized covid vaccine station many thanks NHS
Great staff so friendly and nothing is too much trouble, they made us feel very welcome. Room could do with a little updating but the bed was very comfy, powerful shower and very clean. What more could you ask for. And the sky TV was a mega bonus
In honesty it is below standard to the other hotels in terms if renovation , your heating systems out dated the rooms lack elegance, the bathroom was stained. We had problems with the shower however that was sorted . 5 to that Mendy was brilliant. To my opinion all rooms need to be renovated to today's standards.
Good service brought me out of a hole the pandemic left me in, with a birthday celebration 10 out of 10 thanks very much
I miss stopping here soooo much a great hotel with brill facilities hope to be back soon
Took OH for CV19 vaccination. Walked in, vaccine shoved in, walked out!
