Went to watch the late Liverpool game few Saturdays ago. There was an amazing DJ on for Halloween party afterwards so we stayed all night and had good dance. Amazing atmosphere. Staff great fun and service good even though really busy. Love the new raspberry pink shots that were on offer. Can't remember the name but worth the hangover. Clean, great staff and reasonable price drinks. Exactly what you need in these times. Thanks
Fantastic part of the community, the staff are really friendly. During the week you’ll see many regular faces, then the weekend brings the younger crowd who seem to love the place just as much. Great for football whether your red or blue… Happy hour Mon & Tues between 12-7 which is bringing decent crowd in on quiet days. Keep up the great work Neil, Sarah & Birkey Team
Good quality, clean, lively local boozer I am not local here. Live sport, cold beer, probably more but only stayed for the football. World needs more of these, economics dictates otherwise, sadly.
Another great weekend with welcoming friendly staff who are always happy to help. Best pub for miles around with a great atmosphere, also happy hour till 7pm on Mondays and Tuesdays just make it better. Love this place.
No atmosphere, totally ruined the pub with its new update. I have been informed that this update is years old. However not a place for a quiet drink it is more like a poor nightclub. Unfriendly place and no longer a friendly local as I remember.
Came in last night Sunday 15th to a great atmosphere with the football on. Staff was great, especially Jack who was friendly and very attentive. Only second time here but I loved it, as arnie says, I'll be back ! Fab night out.
Came during summer with my wife and didn't have the best experience in terms of service, however, we decided to give it another go as we believed it may have been a one off... Fast forward to our most recent visit, same woman who i believe to be the manageress was working. It took 8 minutes for her to put her phone down and realise customers were waiting. There was another employee at the end of the bar as well who did not have a welcoming attitude. Can see why its deserted majority of the time. Needs a good clean and staff need a lesson in customer service.
Very friendly staff, good atmosphere. Good selection of Bottles and Draught beer at very reasonable prices. Clean toilets and furniture. Would very much visit again and recommend to family and pals.
Went to the pub with some friends for drinks and the atmosphere was great. Staff were so friendly and helpful and they had my fave shots on offer. Will definitely be coming back for more nights with friends again.
Visited here on Monday after having a meal in a local restaurant. Great atmosphere with the football on & the Guinness was spectacular. Only £2.50 as well on Happy Hour.
