Me and my partner booked a couples massage. We got greeted with a warm welcome. My lady was very vocal and explained everything and the goal moving forward. And throughout remained vocal. This would have been perfect if I was on my own however my partner. Didn’t receive the same service. No communication. The pressure wasn’t there and she left very disappointed. This was actually an anniversary gift. I also received different treatments than her. Obviously we communicated after. Not to be rude at the time we paid and left. But to only get half a service is very disappointing at £200. As I have said. I’m more than happy with my experience. But as it was a gift the overall experience wasn’t the best.
It is rare that I visit the same massage place twice...but we went back twice within the same week! Sandra and Noon provided the best massages we've ever had, were extremely attentive, and pinpointed problem areas with barely any guidance. My wife and I both walked away both days feeling amazing, and they quite literally saved our vacation as a result. Thank you!
My husband and I booked in for a couples massage on our trip to Edinburgh. The experience was absolutely fantastic and we can't stop talking about it! Thank you so much to the lovely ladies that gave us our massage. They were so patient and kind. Would recommend this place to anyone planning a trip into the city!
We booked a couples massage and enjoyed it very much. The ladies listened to each request and did a lovely job. Wonderful break from all the walking through new and old town Edinburgh!
The chap who is always on reception……turns out is incredibly rude and highly aggressive….Been here a few times, always been impressed however this time the masseuse seemed very inexperienced and it wasn’t good. I asked her to apply more pressure about 3 times as she had asked me to. After the third time she applied so much pressure it was very sore so I asked her to stop and asked if there was a more experienced masseuse around as she seemed out of her depth. After all, was this was meant to be a £100 massage for my birthday. She came back and said nobody else was available…massage continues with her and it’s much better on legs and arms etc, I tell her much better and thank you. All amicable. When I come out, the wee chappie manager/receptionist/apparent owner he says is highly abrupt and says £100 please…..I say, ‘do you not want to discuss what happened? Do you not want any feedback on why I asked for someone else? Why the masseause came out to ask about other therapists? ‘ He then became unbelievably aggressive and rude…..the comments down below about how he treats the Thai girls would not surprise me if this is how he treats a previously regular customer. Had told him I was willing to pay if he was willing to listen to feedback, he said he wasn’t so I left without paying. Stay away!!!!!!

Had an incredible traditional Thai massage at Castle Thai Spa - it was so beneficial during a intense work trip to look after my body. Natalia was so knowledgable, loosening knots, tension and aiding my flexibility also yoga meets massage!. Such a nice, skilled and hard working masseuse! The venue was gorgeous, with a nice product selection and friendly, courteous staff. I would highly recommend a trip here - the traditional massage was a unique, beneficial treatment; worth every penny.
My husband and I went to Castle Thai Spa for a couple massage and it was a very good experience. The atmosphere was relaxing and the massage tables were comfortable. Our masseuses asked us individually what we wanted them to focus on and explained us what type of pressure they were going to use. I had a lot of shoulder/neck issue and she really helped. I was a bit sore the next couple of days but as expected. Really good deep tissue massage. We will be back for sure!
Excellent experience. Couples massage was done by Aris and Lee who were amazing at what they do. This was my first experience of a Thai massage and my partners. As we both do heavy strength training and work in hospitality, we both had a lot of tightness in areas and both Aris and Lee addressed our individual areas needing some focus as well as working over all of our body. They really make sure that you know the scale of pressure and you can ask for more or less. I have had trigger point/friction therapy before and there was a good mix of this alongside some soft massage and a bit of a stretch and click at the end as if in a chiropractors. I would definitely recommend for anyone who's considering a massage that really relieves tightness and tension. Thank you very much to the polite receptionist and masseuses
