I am a big fan of Lush and I especially loved this store. The employees were very friendly as usual and always tried their best to find the best products for me and my skin type. This store also includes a spa if you would more from your Lush experience and you can also gift their spa services to someone! Keep in mind that it’s usually busy and crowded, but the cashier queue will take you less than 5 minutes no matter what.

The best smelling shop ever! The staff are wonderful. Couldn't be more helpful. Products are mostly vegan and great quality.

I visited Lush on Edinburgh’s Princess St early this week with a few friends of mine. The smells are delightful and entice you into their shop. When you enter the shop, it’s a completely different story. It was far too hot and cramp. As for service, I found it very “in your face” and wouldn’t let me browse the stock with my friend I was shopping for. I came out needing fresh air and to get out of the heat. The conditions were how I imagine cloth manufacturing sweatshops, not pleasant at all! Won’t return in a hurry

Lush is AMAZING! Fabulous knowledgeable, friendly and passionate staff. Ethical, fun and wonderfully scented products. The Spa is incredible - I had a comforter treatment and wow, just wow! Lovely environment, relaxing but uplifting music and I came out feeling cleansed and soothed and wonderful! ❤️

Lovely staff very nice. I love the products. They are amazing and smell nice. There are loads of different sections. They basically make soap toys.
