Convenient for the town centre but charges are a rip off. Beware returning late. I bought a ticket at 11:30 am and returned at 18:04 and instead of the £7.50 I expected to pay I had to pay an extortionate £15. The only reason I was late was the lifts (there are no steps from the shopping centre to the car park and the only way down is lifts which can sometimes be out of order. So when it is busy and people are using the lifts to go to the upper/lower mall you can wait a long time before you actually get to the car park. It is this design fault that cost me an extra £7.50 I would advise avoiding this car park and I certainly won't be using it again.

Easy parking and driving for an SUV. Markings for driving exit could be better.

Not enough access! Lifts always busy. Where are the stairs?
