Not a bad carpark. Unfortunately all feel too tight and confusing to get out of. There was an issue with the charge but I contacted them the next day and they sorted it immediately so I can say their customer service is excellent
It’s not cheap but in the week I park here by choice if I have to bring my car into Notts.nnThis is because there is plenty of space, the bays are nice and wide, the lifts work and the stairwells don’t smell like a urinal like they do at some places. The cameras scan your licence plate on the way in and you get a ticket, then you pay on the machines before you leave and the barriers lift automatically. The entrance is on a quiet road too so it’s easier to get in and out of than some.nnIt’s really close to Nottingham Trent University, the Victoria Shopping Centre, the Theatre Royal and other central Nottingham locations.nnIt’s also very well lit and there is good security, so it feels safe to use alone and late at night.nnAs I said, not cheap, but worth the extra.
Convenient, safe, and affordable... Plainly put, near everything you need whether food shopping or some sort of gamin or activity... Definitely use.
Drop my friend to Hilton. Hard to drive to the door, even the Google Maps. Follow the parking sign to the Trinity Square car park, then spoke to the receptionist, and found that I was able to drive to the hotel door. When I got out of the car park, I pushed the help button, told the situation, and still charged me £5.20 for 13 mins. It does not make sense.
Extremely expensive £5.50 for a 20 min visit to Victoria Centre. I will not use again. The City Council obviously have a policy to discourage shoppers from the city centre and allow the centre to become stagnant and lifeless. Why don't they say so?
