This has narrow ramps up and down, and narrow parking spots. One ticket machine upon entry wouldn’t dispense - the other was covered with a bag but did work very weird. There were spots late Saturday morning, but when leaving mid-afternoon looked quite full. Cost was for 24 hour period and moderate priced compared to other car parks in Nottingham.
Very tight corners would be a tough one for bigger cars. Quite pricey but it is very close to the main area so kind of what you would expect. There is also no lift so unless you are on the bottom floors it isn't suitable for wheelchair users. To pay there is a machine on the bottom floor, we didn't see any others but there may have been somewhere else.
Really tight corners, narrow car park, it was tough to get to the 6th level with my Qashqai Close to the centre, everything is walking distance. I was struggling to find the pay station, no signs at all. When finally I found it, probably the only one in a hidden corner next to the exit, for some reason I paid only £6.95 from 11-5 ‍on Monday, which is more than amazing so I would use it again.
Avoid at all costs. Its going to be demolished soon anyway and good riddance to it! There is not much signage to get in the car park. The spaces are tiny and so are the ramps. You can see on the walls where cars have scrapped against the walls on the ramps, as there is not much space to turn onto the ramps. The stairways are small, they smell of urine, there is no lifts and the paint is peeling off the ceilings and walls. When you pay, there is only 1 pay machine on the ground floor or you can pay by card at the barrier on your way out. It won't be long before it's gone, there is a new one that has been built across the road from it.
You've got to be early to get a decent spot but if you're not you can still get one on the top floor. £7.00 for a days parking, so not bad really.
Not fit to be a car park! If you drive anything bigger than a clown car, you will find the parkings ridiculously narrow and the ramps awkward. After parking, I couldn’t get out my driver door and barely got out passenger side, even though all cars were centre in parkings. Black marks all along walls of ramps tell the other story. Best avoided.
The most difficult to negotiate multistory car park I have ever visited. I will never park here again. I should have listened to a family member who parked at this location last year, along with myself receiving a fine felt over running the traffic island and into a 'bus lane' also last year.
A quite good place to park if you are staying longer in the town center. Space is a bit tight, but you can expect this close to the city center parking places.
Absolutely impossible to drive around. Getting out of a space to go down a ramp and I’ve scratched my car because I physically cannot get a 3 series round the bends. Do not recommend parking here
Had a lovely conversation with a lady in the machine after my parking ticket was swallowed and learnt lots about the poor acoustic in car parks. They charged me twice to park my car which made me feel lots of negative emotions towards them. So all in all, a bit of rollercoaster. Highly recommend this experience for anyone looking for somewhere to park that enjoys conflict and has lots of money they don't need.
