Extortionate price charged £21.95 for 3 hour 10 minutes stay. Car park smells really strongly of urine. Drug users shooting up round every corner. We took my little girl to see Disney on ice and this is not what she needs to see. Two weeks later received a parking ticket for parking in an incorrect bay even though there is no signage stating it is not a parking bay or no hatchmarks and I even asked one of the attendance if it was okay to park there and he said yes people park there all the time. Disgraceful, horrible place. Avoid it all costs.
The car park itself is fine but the prices are absolutely ridiculous. Didn’t see the prices until I left. £4 an hour on a Sun evening. Ended up paying over 20 pounds for a short stay. Crazy.
Convenient location and that’s all that can be said in its favour. Price for up to 3 hours around £16 and the spaces are tight and shallow, front end of car sticks out. Corners are tight and as others have said very smelly and appears to attract gangs hanging around so doesn’t feel safe. I was giving it 2 stars for location but taking in all the negative items I think 1 is generous and won’t use it again
Well maintained car park in the heart of Nottingham city centre but the parking charges are extortionate! Almost £15 for slightly over 2hrs! Would recommend finding a cheaper place to park or consider the park & ride.
Horrible car park in very good location. The entrance is very narrow and tight, with the car sensors beeping on either side. The parking bays are very narrow, and we struggled to get out of the car after parking; we saw a few cars having to try out many slots before finding the right one. For a car park that charges nearly £5 / hour, this clearly was not value for money. We have previously written to NCP, but they never care. I would try to stay away from this car park as much as possible.
