Easy to find, large parking spaces so very easy to park in even though it was busy. The parking attendant was very friendly and helpful, really appreciated someone being present to ask for advice.nnIt cost me £20 to park pretty much all day, would happily use this car park next time I'm in Nottingham :
Whilst the car park in itself was well lit with good sizes spaces. It ended up costing £40 we pre paid on the app scanned our QR code wouldn't open the barrier for us press the help button no one their tried the app to get a call back of course no one works Saturdsy evening. I am disabled and it was the nearest car park to a show we went to see snd this was the most cinveniently situated, plus by now there was a queue so we has to get a ticket out and pay that way. Absolutely distgusting would never park here again it should have cost £20 even that's excessive for 4 hrs not £40 beacuse their qr scan didn't work. And of course no receipt given at machine. Technically I think that comes under the umbrella for theft.
This carpark charges £15 for three hours parking. FIFTEEN POUNDS. Avoid avoid avoid. Park out of the city and get the tram in. Loads easier and loads cheaper. Or park ar the station carpark which is far more reasonably priced. And cleaner.
If I could give zero I would!nDay light robbery … £10 for 1.5 hours parking.nI had a toddler who was walking and not in a pushchair and a baby in a pushchair, I gotnTo the lift and someone had peed in the walk way. To then realise they weren’t working. There was also a big step up into the lift area, not very accessible. So then had to walk all the way around the driving / road way out of the car park. I was right at the top because it was full, it took me about 20 mins in total to walk out, to get to my sons appointment at the ropewalk & then about 10 mins back to the car. The half an hour over the hour was walking backnAnd fourth & obviously getting us in and out of the car.nI will avoid this at all costs and would not recommend for accessible / family’s etc. when I mentioned to the parking attendants / security that the lift wasn’t working they said .. oh yeah sorry. So they knew it wasn’t working, why wasn’t there a sign up etc??
Terrible! Barrier would not open to let anyone out! 20 odd cars queuing and getting no help from the intercom! Avoid at all costs! £20 to park and couldn’t even get out the car park! No staff on the end of the intercom to help, children in the cars late at night after being at the theatre. Disgusting! Would give minus stars if I could!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID
