Very Poor! Terrible..Beware You have to wonder what the height restrictions mean when you go into this car park , it seems to me they are not true, I measured the height of the van yes it fitted fine, when I Attempted to reverse into a space there is a red pipe obstructed the last foot which dented the door of the van!nNow  it clearly says park in the yellow boxes!!! When I contacted the company Q Park, they didn’t wanna know! Here isthe reply, Ruined a weekend for me and my partner!!!nIt remains the responsibility of the driver to assess their surroundings when parking. The height restriction at the entrance indicates the lowest structural clearance, but certain elements, such as pipes, may be lower in some areas.nWe appreciate your feedback and understand your frustration. This is an excellent car park - light, bright, clean and secure. Always staffed so feels very safe. Have been using this for several years when visiting Nottingham - and will keep using. Okay - if you have a large 4x4 then you might find the spaces a bit tight however all car parks are the same. Our Qashqai fits just fine. Might also be a little more expensive - however - again it is staffed and secure so feels very safe. Would definitely recommend.

Decent car park that was close to the venue that we were going to, it had good sized spaces where there were no concrete pillars, reasonable price, we arrived after 6pm so we found a good space on ground level. We had prepaid so it was a seamless drive in and drive out due to number recognition. What is not to like?

The car park is ideally situated for Rock City . Very secure and a good price for an evenings parking but if you have a small car take it. The car park itself and particularly the spaces are tiny. I have a Jaguar E pace and really struggled to find a space to get the car in. The problem being support pillars encroach the space, which seems to be a thing with Nottingham car parks .

Upon entry getting into car park for big cars is a bit tight. I drive an insinea grand sport.  Parking wasn't an issue plenty of spaces and clean and tidy. Got a discount code do wasn't that much. Been to worse car parks.
