I had an incredibly disappointing experience with V12 Sports and Classics Wolverhampton. I purchased a white Mazda 6, registration LR18NFC, from this dealership and the process was a nightmare from start to finish.nnFirst, I traveled five hours to pick up the car, only to find out that it wasn't there when I arrived, despite having put down a £300 deposit to hold it and informing them of my arrival time. I then had to wait an additional two hours for the car to be brought to the dealership. The entire process, including the paperwork and finalizing the deal, was unnecessarily long and drawn out.nnBut the worst part was yet to come. Shortly after purchasing the car, I noticed a banging noise coming from the rear right wheel at slow speeds. Upon inspection, I found one wheel nut was missing and two others were so loose that I could undo them with my fingers. This is an inexcusable oversight that put my family's safety at risk.nnI trusted V12 Sports and Classics to sell me a car that was safe to drive, even if it was second-hand. This level of negligence is unacceptable. I have contacted them to address this issue and am awaiting their response, but I am extremely dissatisfied and concerned about the quality control and safety standards of this dealership.nnI would not recommend V12 Sports and Classics Wolverhampton to anyone. If you value your time, money, and most importantly, your safety, take your business elsewhere.

I travelled up from Dorset to purchase a van. I was treated by Jazz and talked through the process, I found him to be very helpful and friendly. The van was in perfect condition and as described in the advert. I would highly recommend and would definitely go back to Jazz in the future, fantastic service

Harvey did a fantastic job, he made us feel very welcome and relaxed. He was very approachable, and wasn't pushy at all. The test drive was one of longest indepth test drives we have ever been on when buying a car. So all around the service that was provided was excellent.

Don't buy from here please. paid £149 for  HPI check which should be free plus the car was very dirty the fuel cap is broken the rear door handle is broken which they didn't tell me about and still waiting for the logbook 0 star's

Clearly they have met their targets.  I Paid a deposit reservation so I could take a look at an under £20k BMW 330e LG70. Car had a few issues, including a 15 to 20cm radius scrape on bonnet and a potential coolant leak into engine.nnAsked them to investigate before I made a decision. They promised a call back next day that did not happen. Phoned them the following day to request a call back, and again no return of call.nnClearly, they are more interested in selling a faulty car to someone else rather than putting things right and selling to me.  Although when I was there all i could here around the office was aggressive, bullying warranty selling.nnIf they don't bother to return sales calls god knows how you can get a post sales call back.nnUpdate, a week later - Still no call back!.   Will happily remove this review once satisfactory contact has been made.nnAnother update, you've guessed it, still nothing from this company.
