Really friendly staff. The salesman that served us, Cosmin, was really enthusiastic, positive and humorous! Made the whole buying experience easy and hassle free.
Everything so far so good with car.
Only down point is no negotiating on price, price you see is price you get.
Highly recommend even still.

Richard was really friendly and helpful.  Went through the process step by step. Took me to a quiet car park to have a test drive.  Purchased the car same day. The lady in the office helped fill out all the paperwork including sorting road tax and short term insurance. Would recommend!

1st class service from start to finish..and a great price what more could you ask for??? I couldn't recommend this company more... so good I drove 300 miles to use them through snow.. sleet.. rain ... traffic jams... and it was worth it all. Couldn't be happier with my purchase or any part of the service I received... big thumbs up guys!!!!

The pleasant, personable and not pushy salesman (Jack Jones) was happy to release the car I was interested in from the sales area. He answered all questions quickly and accurately and seemed to have a good knowledge of what he was selling. After a brief test drive the car drove well and the price negotiations began. I could complain about the numbers, but ultimately they were fair in the circumstances and I now have a 'new' car at a good price. First impressions of the car are positive after about an hours driving. Would recommend V12.

Very good and friendly service. Car I brought was in great condition and below market price, looking online at the same cars spec, model and age. Was very busy on the Saturday afternoon but was greated straight away by friendly staff. I had overslept that morning and arrived for an appointment two and half hours late and due to this my finance which I had arranged myself through a car loan broker rather than the garage was delayed to be paid out. Unfortunately I couldn't wait for the payout and arranged to collect my new car the next day instead (this was my fault, not the garages). Typically when I got home the finance completed so the representative at the garage called me to let me know and kindly offered to drop my vehicle to my home as I live locally in Wolverhampton that evening. Absolutely great service.
I wasn't available at home so still collected the next morning and they helped me to tax the vehicle straight way rather than faffing around trying to do it on my phone. 
I know where to look first for my next car and will recommend to my friends and family in future.
