The lads in Skoda Wolverhampton were all very welcoming , polite and informative . We were given an excellent service when purchasing our recent new car . Nothing was too much trouble and we were made to feel very much at ease making the whole car buying experience a complete hassle free time. We were pleased with all staff members we dealt with but particularly Tom who we dealt with all through ,from viewing the car , test drive and finally the safe delivery of my little Fabia and full talk on the workings and new additions to the newer model . Thanks for everything see you in about three years !

Fantastic Booked an appointment to test drive 2 cars , unfortunately the salesman was off ill when we arrived , so we were seen by the sales manager as all the sales staff were busy, who explained the differences between the spec levels and then passed us over to Lewis who proved to be most helpful and courteous, we decided only to test drive one of the cars, after an extensive test drive we bought it. We were treated courteously and politely by everyone at the branch, at no time did we feel under any pressure, 10/10

Not the best experience, will change rating in four years time if things go differently, staff changed during sale of car, the guy who dealt with me really didnt know what was going on, although the management where very polite and tried to make up for his short fall it was still very annoying, and almost spoilt the collection of my new vehicle. To top things off I was pressured at the end of the sale into placing good feedback on his form, the whole experience was dampened by one individual.

What a shame that service has got so bad here. Regular customers for services and MOTs after having bought our Skoda here but 2 bad experiences now and that's 2 too many for us. Dropped the car in this week as it had a coolant leak, was charged £60 to be told it had a leak somewhere - exactly what I knew when I dropped it off. Apparently it would cost an extra £240 to find the problem. I just wish I could have been told this at the start rather than be promised a diagnosis and not get anything. So it cost me £60 to get my car released and to be told that I was right. The other bad experience was when we were told our tyres were faulty and we're sold new tyres. This happened TWICE in what felt like short succession but before buying a THIRD set of tyres from Skoda Wolverhampton we looked elsewhere and it turns out that the tyres were not the problem, our alloys needed a refurbishment. We had this done elsewhere and the tyres have been fine since. Skoda have lost loyal customers here today. :-(
