The worst dealer I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. The service staff treat you like an inconvenience at best and something they've trodden in at worst. The service staff have lied to my face and fobbed me off. They also don't do what you ask. I can also only assume the person who did the pre delivery inspection had vision loss. I've made a formal complaint to Hyundai UK and cancelled my car.

If I could give no stars that would simply up the service at this place. Incompetent, inept and useless. They make promises that they have no intention of keeping, they keep your vehicle for hours to do a minor job despite telling you it will take a hour and that you should wait. They charge for things that they have not used. Never again will I use this lot.

Can only speak as i have found and as far as the hyundai dealership goes i have recieved very good service. All staff are friendly and helpful. You can of course get cheaper but this does not always mean better. Having said that when buying my last car from them i got a fantastic deal and car has exceded expectations. Spot on reliability does mean i dont see much of the garage! Only for routine servicing.

I bought a Mazda CX5 from Brindley Mazda, Wolverhampton. It was 3 years old when I bought it in Jan 17, 23,000 miles. I asked the salesman to assure me that I would have a years cost free motoring and a good mpg as per their advert. None of which has happened. He said it would have a full service and MOT. That turned out to be renewal of oil and filters, not exactly a full service. The best mileage the car does is 45 mpg, not as advertised by them. . I had to have all tyres replaced in May by Kwik fit. They advised me the car would have been sitting on a forecourt to cause the tyres to split in between the treads. He said I was lucky as I could have had a very serious accident. I saw on the MOT certificate when checking the paperwork that the cracks in 3 tyres were noticed when the MOT was done by them in January. They should have sorted it out then and not sold me a dangerous car. I have just had to have the brake pads replaced. Total cost so far, £594.89!! I first wrote to Brindley Mazda complaining about the dangerous tyres 3 July, to this date they have not had the courtesy to reply to two letters sent to them and the Head Office General Manager recorded delivery. I am just about to ring and chase them, watch this space _______? I would not buy of Brindley Mazda again. Well it's now approx. 2 weeks later. I rang Brindley Mazda to try and resolve my issue as I had sent them 2 recorded delivery letter and had no response at all. I asked to speak to Mr Elkes. GM Brindley Mazda and the girl who answered the phone said there was a cheque for the full amount for my tyres on it's way to me today. I was obviously very pleased the problem was resolved. It's just a pity it took so much effort on my part.

Every interaction with this company has been an expensive dissapointment from sales, repairs and servicing department. For example.....bought mazda used approved car with under 2000 miles and comprehensive health check prior to purchase....had warped disc brakes. Another episode on a different car relates to having to replace rear brake pads and scuffed discs 5000 miles following service at Brindley, clearly brake pads were not checked during service. Stay clear. Total amateurs.
