Used to use this place to look after my Hondas but their prices got way out of control when you know how much it should reasonably cost to repair/replace certain things.  I now have to take a company Mazda there for servicing etc as part of the contract.  Last visit was just to check car over and turn off some warning lights etc.  Considering they had it onsite all day before I could pick it up, they didn't even wash it.  Sabrina on service desk was very helpful, polite and a pleasure to deal with.

I had a CX5 booked in for a recall at 9am of a morning as a waiting job.  When I booked it in I informed them  I needed to wait as I was travelling an hour each way to get it done as I was told it was first job in.  When the day came and I handed my car over I was informed that other cars had been in the workshop since 8.30am and I'd just have to wait.  Frustratingly if I'd been told to be with them for 8.30am I could have been.  Overall a disappointing experience from a main dealer.

I recently bought a Mazda 3 and dealt with Paul Townshend. Paul was brilliant and nothing was too much trouble . I had my test drive and there was no pressure from Paul at all. He was a friendly, helpful, professional nice, likable guy. I trusted him implicitly, and I can't say that about many sales executives I've dealt with in the past. Well done and thank you Paul

Only came to look at a car and ended up buying one, the customer service is fantastic, they can not do enough for you nothing was to much trouble and was always made to feel important yet relaxed.

Couldn't  do enough for you friendly staff especially Nina Dalloway on reception. Nina was very helpful in every way and was able to sort the heating out on my Mazda cx5.
