We knew we wanted to update our vehicle and we were guided through the process with ease. Nothing was too much trouble for them, all questions and queries were answered in a straight forward manner no over the top business speech, or ‘let’s try and make you buy this’ pressure. Even our 11year old was treated as a paying customer! And we have already been offered great after care! Just top quality all round, I cannot fault and believe me, I do look for faults! This is what customer service is all about. From start to finish Tim offered exceptional service. He was knowledgeable, friendly and gave very good advice. Tim and Shaw made sure the car was right for me, took me on a test drive, made me put my daughters car seat in the car made sure everything went into the boot. This is exactly what you need when you go to a dealer. They didn’t just push and force me for a sale, they took time out to make sure I was happy and answered every and any question i had. I will definitely be coming back to this dealer. This is my new favourite place when looking for a car, have recommended to all my friends and family. Thank you again Tim and Shaw. Great service. My partner ordered a car through motability which was a long wait initially due to big delays in the specific model. Tracey was absolutely amazing throughout and managed to get us the car sooner through a cancellation. Honestly a very professional and caring experience all round.
Had my car in for the first service yesterday. Received a text for the results of my vehicle health check which had a link to a video of the technician showing exactly what they check over, which I thought was a good touch! Also received a text when the car was ready for collection. Overall very happy with the service, friendly staff, will be returning! :

Not sure what has happened to this place, but 3 years ago I bought a car here and it was fantastic, service was great, car was great, couldn't fault it. Fast forward 3 years, and it has changed a lot, the sales team seem pushy and desperate, they were unable to provide the same offer as most other places I went to and basically dug their heels in and couldnt understand why. When I told them I was no longer interested the sales man slammed the phone down on me....this garage is not as good as it used to be, I'd recommend going to the Ford one down the road instead.
I have recently purchased a Volkswagen Tiguan from this store, the service was incredible. John, the store manager and Kelvin went above and beyond for me and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Really professional experience throughout. I dealt with 3 sales representatives; Laura, Mitch and Syed. All very helpful and patient I requested many finance quotes!. I’ve also had some very minor issues with the car, but the aftercare so far has been painless and efficient, so ironing out the small issues I can’t stress enough that they really were minor! has been simple and pleasant. They also worked really hard to get me into the car as soon as possible. With the difficulties of current manufacture lead times, I’m sure it’s a tricky time for all dealerships. But they had a the showroom vehicle for sale and I was driving away in it less than 2 weeks after processing the sale. Very happy! Would recommend to any prospect buyer!
