Appalling!!!! Worst place I have ever dealt with.
our vehicle went in for a diagnostic 3 weeks ago for 1 warning light.

We were told they had cleared the faults and done a test drive all good. When we collected it every light possible was on and it was returned to them.

A few days later we were quoted to replace a sensor etc which we agreed immediately. Days passed still no vehicle so we chased and were told they were waiting for a part.

Chased again yesterday and were told it should be today. We sent a driver and our transport manager in to collect it for a second time and yet more lights. All this time we are hiring a truck. Not once were we given an update or called back.

Steer clear !!!

It's nice to be able to say 'I'm nipping over to Merc Truck and Van' without the usual aching feeling that Dealership Parts Dept's normally bring on. Several times I've needed parts 'a bit sharpish' and MTnV have always come thru. If they don't have your bit, they will tell you - 'It'll be here at so-n-so time' and they have never let me down. Even having the illusive part the same day on a couple of occasions. I only wish the the Merc factory had been so keen on customer relations, maybe we would be driving a less rusty, unreliable van, I wonder!
