Lexus Wolverhampton were excellent. I traded in a GS300h for an RX450h as my 93 year old father is not moving very well. The Lexus RX is idea as I can electrically lower the front passenger seat to get him in and out and raise the seat to let him see out. Syed arranged the changeover from start to finish and had the car delivered to my house way up in Glasgow. I recommend that you purchase from this dealership and I also recommend the Lexus RX450h. Just look at the photograph !

Dan & Iyaz pulled out all the stops to get the car over and ready. They were friendly, kind & professional, and obviously new the car inside-out. Great guys, great shop, super smooth transaction, loving the RC.  Big thanks. And excellent coffee!

This dealership is absolutely fantastic, I bought my first Lexus from them. Initially there were some issues that were unfortunately not addressed at first. However, not only did they fix these issues when the concerns were raised but they went above and beyond to accommodate not just me but my whole family, making sure that we knew the discrepancies were a one-off. They showed their integrity and their ability to fix an issue beyond what they were expected to do. An excellent dealership to do business with.

I just bought a 9 month old ES300H and it was a very pleasant experience. Ashley dealt with the sale along with Jack who is the sales manager and they made the whole thing straightforward and free of pressure. A new car is an expensive purchase and can be stressful, however, I left with a beautifully presented car , a complimentary full tank of petrol and a feeling of having spent my money well. The cars here are of a very high standard and customer service is of the best. Recommended unreservedly.

Having placed my order in November 2021 for my new NX350h fsport it's finally arrived. A long wait, but well worth it. All the staff at Lexus Wolverhampton have been amazing, so polite, helpful and nothing is too much trouble. It must be an absolute pleasure for them all to go to work. What a fantastic team and environment to work in. Iyaz Noor has been my main contact and helped me with my amazing new car. I cannot fault any of the experience from start to finish that I received from Ashley and the team at Lexus Wolverhampton. He dealt with the sale alongside Jack and the whole experience was stress free throughout especially sorting out the issue with my private number plate! Ashley was friendly helpful and very knowledgeable about the UX 250h which he definitely helped with making my final decision to buy. He worked hard to get me the best deal. Excellent customer service. I left with a fab car and a feeling of being valued. Would highly recommend.
