12 MARCH AT 16.00 OUT STANDING SERVICE had a great driver who was from Persian well spoken, pick up on time. Never had any problems with any of the staff at all. Even if they are running little late due to traffic why moan about it? Its not the drivers fault due to traffic. I HOPE THE DRIVER SEE THIS and it is down on in record. Thanks for a safe journey my friend
Given one price over the phone, which was an accepted quote and then when they turned up wanted another 10 quid on top. Awful company

Good service on a busy night
We used United for a minibus from Headlam Hall because the other taxi company in Darlington had none and wouldn't help. The driver turned up on time and had no problem waiting for the family to say their goodbyes and the drunk ones to get in. Once we set off the driver passed us an ipad and let us choose our own music all the way home and even had a tub of lollies for the kids which kept them quiet. We paid extra for a couple of dropoffs and when we told the driver to just pull up at the end of the road he wouldn't, He insisted on making sure everyone was dropped at the door and even waited until each of them was in the house before driving off. The level of service came as a shock as you don't expect a taxi company to be like this especially when there is so much bad publicity with taxis at the moment. We will definitely be using United for all our taxis from now on.
I work here and obviously i think they are the best sometimes there is a hiccup but generally the best in town
Bad service driver lied went to wrong address then you ring up they give you attitude leaves customer out side with bags and a kid with autism never recommend using this company stick with 1ab better service speak to customer properly
