Royal Cars had a car pull out on me in a blind spot and ive had to slam my brakes and swerve onto a grass verge. the driver of that car knew what happened as he slowed down then immediately sped off. when i called the business to obtain details of this driver they advised me they were unable to track them at the time. dangerous drivers and terrible customer service.
Darlington phone number but operate in Stockton. When you tell them your in Darlington they hang up on you. Very rude and definitely don’t recommend. Very poor customer service
Booked multiple taxis on Saturday nights, hours in advance Usually booking on the morning they don't turn up and mess you about! Awful unprofessional and pathetic company
Dreadful, stay away from this company at all costs. The few, and I mean few, positive reviews for them I can only assume are from themselves as no sane person would credit them.
Wouldn’t even think of using them. Stop on Yellow Zigzag Lines and pavement outside school, which is not allowed, endangering not only their passengers, but other members of the public as well.
Booked a taxi the night before I needed it. It got to the time the following evening t should have arrived, I waited for ten minutes then rang them. They said the taxi wasn't coming as I hadn't pre paid, but no one had asked me to pre pay! So instead of calling me up and asking me to pre pay they just cancelled my taxi without me knowing, leaving me stranded in the middle of no where. When I rang them up to try and get them to send another one they put the phone down on me twice! Awful service, awful customer care and I will never use or recommend them again.
Totally shocking ordered a taxi from neasham road, phone call saying it's outside, outside were I'm stood on the front waiting it's not here. Sent another one n said it was here, told them it weren't ran driver n they sent him to bloody Stockton. Told them I needed a taxi as son was coming home nothing we can do not our fault. You sent both taxis to the wrong place how is that not your fault. Totally shocking n discusting customer service.
Just didn't turn up.i waited an hour. On my own in town and unable to reach them via phone. After an hour I walked 20 mins to a taxi rank and got charged the earth to get home safely. Booked them 4 hours in advanced. Don't use them. If there were minus stars is give them that.
Not in Darlington. Based in Stockton and useless and rude
Turned up 25 mins late after two phone calls to see where it was. The original taxi was sent to a different destination, different town I think! I was then told my taxi would be 5 mins.....it took another 20 mins . Was late for work and no apology from driver or operator. Very poor service.
