You have to prebook before you need the taxi. So for example if I need a taxi for 3:30 I’d book for 3:15 because they only offer your job at your booked time they do not arrive at your booked time. Not very reliable, always late and understaffed.
If I could give zero stars I would. Thought it was legit taxi firm giving a service. Ordered a taxi to make a connection for a train and was asked what time my train was. I pre booked my train tickets so it was cheaper and easier so they were non refundable. Taxi firm was 5 minutes late..ok I thought I planned to leave myself plenty of time in case, I called them and was told he had dropped off and would be with me immediately. 15 minutes later and a lot of panicking later he arrived 20 minutes late no apology. Got to the train station late, not amused so I contacted the taxi firm via their contact us and hey still no apology or acknowledgment. Shocking service and will let anyone and everyone who I meet know about this company and to avoid at all costs.
Booked taxi for midnigh at 2pm on the afternoon. After many phone calls after midnight and assurances that the taxi was on its way, it finally turned up at 1.15 in the morning. After the stress of the long wait a hat was left in the taxi. I rang the office literally 2 minutes after the car left the hotel. Was informed that would have to ring back in 30mins. When rang back was informed that the driver had found the hat impossible no to as it was on the dashboard, and he could bring it back to the hotel for a fee of £15.00. NO THANKS!!!!!!! CHEAPER TO BUY NEW HAT!!!!!!!
Very unreliable service. Almost made me late to work numerous times by either cancelling 5 mins before or just not turning up.
Wouldn't bother with these waste of spaces, was told no taxis for at least 2 hours so I rang a few other company's to try get 1 booked earlier to no avail. Rang 1AB taxis back to be told they don't cover my area when I have used them many times before from the same address even said on the automated response press 1 for recent address
1 of very few firms that will get a short notice taxi to you in Newton Aycliffe at the minute. Usually within 20 mins so can't complain
Had a issue with online booking kept saying zone time I need was full so I rang up and they amended the problem and I got the taxi needed at the time I needed, always very reliable and offer a good service.
