Didn't think of reviewing 1AB if I'm honest. The staff in the call centre are friendly and the vast majority of the drivers are too. I have never really had a problem with them in any way, maybe one or 2 jobs have been a little late for me but I can't dictate the traffic or road conditions no no real issue. As long as you give them and yourself enough time to get you where you need to be this rapidly growing taxi firm will be your best friend. Also businesses have the option of opening an account to get priority journeys and a pay monthly option. Overall the prices are fair, staff are friendly and 99% of the journeys are flawless.

1 hour wait for a taxi (reasonable) but not reasonable for it to be 45 minutes late on top of that and lied to when called up. We'd already tipped (not that the driver actually offered our change back!) for him to just stand and watch us struggle to unload all our shopping and then he threw the last bag on the pavement. Loud obnoxious music the entire ride too.

Shoddy service. Advised someone would be with me within 30 mins. Received text at 14 mins passed ran outside to find no-one there. Rang desk and was told driver left at 14 mins passed and it was my fault for not looking out for him arriving at 12 mins passed. No point in sending a text to advise the driver has arrived when he has actually driven off!

I’m a mobile hairdresser and not long just passed my driving test, before that I was using 1ab constantly for work. Very friendly drivers and very reliable! They also have an app which I use on my iPhone, this makes it so quick and easy to book a taxi and you can also track your driver so you know how far away/near they are! Definitely would recommend this taxi service!

1AB taxis is by far the most reliable and up to date taxi company in the area. I use their app on my iPhone and it is quick and easy to navigate, being able to track your taxi in real time is an excellent feature. Their new website is also outstandingly up to date and easy to navigate. Their drivers are always friendly and happy to help with bags etc. It seems the reviews on here aren't great however I wouldn't pay attention to this.
