Don't ever use this taxi company because my nan lost her walking sticks in one of the taxis earlier today after coming back to her care home from Darlington Hospital. My mum rang up the company to check if they've had my nans walking sticks which they do but my mum got told that they'd be a £8-£10 charge just to bring the Walking Sticks back to my Nans Care Home because my nan needing them as she's a OAP, absolutely ridiculous. I won't be using this company if im ever in Darlington. Shocking to say the least.
