I never take any notice of bad reviews as you'd never book anything, prefer to judge for myself. Booked a taxi a month in advance and checked on day to see it was down, which it was and turned up on time. Drive pleasant, what more do you want.

Chose to ring this company because friend of mine think they are great. Sadly this was not the case-upon asking if there was a taxi available I received at flat "no" , with no explanation of any kind of wait time or anything. When I further enquired i was told that there'd be nothing for at least an hour in an unbelievably rude tone. I can understand if there's nothing free but why be so rude about it? If you don't want to be asked for taxis, why do you run a taxi company??

The worse taxi service I have ever booked in my life. We arrived at the arranged pick up area 15 minutes in advance and then waited an additional 45 minutes and nothing arrived. We attempted calling and texting the driver but no response. Left us stranded at 03:00am in Durham. This is the most pathetic excuse for a company with discusting customer service, I would not recommend this company to anyone as they do not care at all about the customer.

Fergie Sheff  I actually do believe this happened. One of the taxis around three month ago had its graphics added. It was only around 4 weeks after the job was done that one of the lads noticed one of the numbers on the side of the taxi had a couple of numbers in the wrong place. So I do think you have called someone else who sounds like he'd had a few calls.  Jason Callan  As I explained to you, your journey on tariff 2 is the legal tariff set by Durham County Council. I did say you should have asked for a set fare off the driver before setting off. Now if we wish to offer special deals to customers for an airport trip then that is for us to decide as a co-operative  Ro S  I wish you could have given us time and details, make and model of car and Drivers description. Your 100% correct this sort of thing should not happen.  Mathew Christopher  Where did you want to go? On Saturday someone wanted a taxi from Pittington to Belmont at 23.30 the journey would have been around 2 miles but the taxi may have done around 9+ miles in total. Not an economical way to run a business. This customer was rude then continued to call the number relentlessly, obviously alcohol was a factor in his case.  In the last 6 years we have probably done in the region of 325,000 journeys so in that time we do expect a few complaints.

Have tried calling these on 3 occasions whilst on the train from Newcastle. Every time I get a very rude 'we have no free cars' Only to walk to North Road and find 1 or 2 cars Free in the queue for free taxis. Would not recommend them at all

Rudest person I have ever had the misfortune to speak to. Didn't even give me enough time to explain.  First day in Durham. Hope  not everyone is like this.

Kept meter running when we got cash out after they said we needed more... Only to find out if we hadn't stopped we'd have been fine.
