Very helpful staff. It seems to have stopped trading as an official Mazda dealer now though.

I purchased my car at Invicta a few months ago so decided to use them when the service became due. They offered a free collect and delivery service even though I live 15 miles away from the garage. I was kept informed of the arrival time of the driver who was professional and polite. Whilst the car was at the garage, I was impressed to receive an email link to a video showing me my car being inspected with a commentary from a mechanic. The car was returned to me on time and the cost was reasonable too. My experiences with main dealers in the past has not been great but I cannot fault Invicta for their professionalism or customer service.

I had excellent service when looking to buy my first new car at Mazda.  From the moment I walked into the showroom on my first visit to the swift handover of my new car 2 weeks later, I felt like a valued customer. James was exceptional and made the whole experience easy and hassle free. Would recommend to anyone looking to buy a new car!

Bought a brand new Mazda2 from Invicta Motors Tunbridge Wells Honda & Mazda. Very happy with my purchase and the team have provided great support and excellent after sales service. My recent service was promptly booked in and while the service was being carried out I was able to utilise the super fast customer wifi to get some work done! Once the service was completed my car looked just as good as it did on the day I purchased it. Thanks team.

A trouble free service from Invicta Mazda. The service team had my vehicle for the day to do 3 separate things and offered me a courtesy car for the day.  This was great because then I didn't have to waste my day off with no car! Before I knew it, I got a call to say all was done and they sent me a video of my car up on the ramp showing me my tyres and the underside of my vehicle being checked. They really are a very good team and really friendly and helpful.

I am always impressed with Invicta Honda. We are now on our fourth Honda and apart from the sales side, I find the availability of a Service Plan to help spread the costs very helpful.  The Staff at Invicta Honda are always very helpful and give you full details of work that might need to be done with full estimates of costs. The work is always carried out to a high standard and you are kept advised of progress.  The use of e-mail top provide an update on work and gain authority for progress when needed is a great time-saver and leaves you feeling in full control.  Thank you Invicta Honda for making car ownership easier.

Invicta Motors has provided servicing of our Honda for several years. We have always found the staff to be efficient and helpful, which explains our loyalty. The car has received thorough maintenance with careful attention to detail. Moreover the vehicle is always returned at the pre-arranged time in a clean condition having been washed externally and vacuumed internally gratis. Reception staff is polite and friendly.

I recently bought a MazdaCX5 sport Nav, its a fantastic car and a dream to drive. Not only was the service we received from James Evans @ Mazda Invicta first class, but an enjoyable experience in the process. From the first moment we were treated superbly, time was taken on the test drive to point out the key elements and demonstrate how the car matches our requirements, the test drive was also long enough to help inform our decision. James has excellent product knowledge that helped to ensure the car fitted our requirements both for a car and lifestyle. Time was taken to ensure everything was right before confirming the deal. On pick up, James spent time with us ensuring we were comfortable with the car prior to leaving the showroom. Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about all elements of the buying experience. I can't recommend this garage and James highly enough. Great experience.

Just had my car serviced and MOT’d as part of a Mazda service plan. I bought my Mazda 3 as second hand from Invicta Motors 5 years ago now and have just renewed the service plan for another 3 years. I don’t have to worry about when my service or MOT is due since the communication from the garage is great and when it does come round I am able to drop my car off and get a lift work and back again so there are no worries there either. This service there were no problems so nothing to pay except for the reduced price MOT and I also have a complete report including personalised video of the underside of my car to demonstrate any recommendations of things which might need to be done to the car. In summary I would recommend the Invicta Motors service department since it takes the hassle and worry around servicing my car, which I would be lost without.

Have had my annual service at Tunbridge Wells for the past 4 years and every time the service has been fantastic. Always know what to expect and the staff are very friendly. I have also purchased 2 cars from Invicta Motors and both times the staff were very engaging and attentive.
