Incredible level of service from all members of the team. From booking, collection and delivery of my car, updates on the work, the health check video and courtesy car provisions; all were done smoothly and professionally. I cannot thank Bentley Kent Aftercare (Jane and the team) enough.

I was told I’d have a internet router to add google maps as the Bentley sat nav is quite poor. Darren the salesmen on the handover said it was in the glove compartment. Once inspecting there wasn’t one. On my return he said he would have to call a specialist to see if one could be fitted. I’m still waiting for my phone call and suspect he can’t. Just feel like I’ve been let down.
