This all started 2 years ago, I went here to update my address and phone number and have a new bank card issued as my other one was naturally about to expire, After weeks of waiting my bank card never arrived, so I went back and was told it was sent to my old address that no one had updated the system with my new details so again updates the system and requests a new card, again never recieved, I went back again and the same thing happened again, by this time I just gave up. I have had payments of 360 per month for two years going in to this account and I can't get access to it via withdrawal. I have to go through the rigmarole every month of calling the bank who have to transfer it to a different account. All because staff at this branch couldn't change some simple details, because they have failed to update my phone number means I don't have access to online banking. Is a joke to be fair. I banked with Lloyd's tsb before their split and they were great together but since the split they are both equally as poor , don't get me started on Lloyd's either. If you want a great bank that really do provide great customer service in branch and in telephone I would recommend santander. Only bank I've never had a problem with and if I do they are prompt in dealing with it.
Very rude staff not helfull at all were shameful for a bank worst bank in uk iv been a bank manager for 20 years not saw any think like this
My hard earned money went missing from the IDM here on my first and only visit to this branch. There was an investigation and my money has mysteriously vanished - unexplained! I got a bad feeling about the manager and he does not even contemplate how hard I had to work to earn that money. I would give it a 0 star if possible. I would warn everyone to beware of the IDM and the manager himself. I have no fault with all other aspects of TSB. My old branch was closed and it was a brilliant bank with super staff. Watch your back folks and your money.
Staff friendly but massive queue at the one desk they have open never answer the phone pointless having one!!!
The bank is in a handy location for shoppers although there is limited parking.
Although spending time in a bank isn't what most people would call a good time. The staff at the TSB Bank on Prescott Road are very helpful and answer any and all questions with ease, rather than just getting you to talk to someone else.
Sorry I have even had to give it 1 star!Hands down THE worst bank in Liverpool,staff are complete half wits,all staff seem to work to different policies from the each other and don’t seem to know what their actual job entails, should never have closed Walton branch,has far superior staff.TSB,the bank that likes to say “Errm I’m not sure,don’t know or just No”
Very rude staff. Scowling faces.Been 2ce and had the same experience. Wont be coming back again.
