I am writing to report a recurring issue with the Leon coffee machine in your store. Almost every time I try to buy a coffee, the machine is out of order. One day it works, the next it doesn’t. This inconsistency is frustrating, especially for regular customers who rely on this service.nPlease take steps to fix the machine permanently, not just temporarily. I am sure many other customers are experiencing the same problem and would appreciate a reliable and properly maintained service.

Went into store this morning while they were still setting up the bakery but Lynn and Rob went out their way to get me some fresh pastries. Very good and friendly service.

Genuinely never been treated like this by staff. Horrible lady called Danielle or Daniella. Can’t remember her name properly. Me and my partner had about £400 worth of shopping. Went to the scan and shop bit and we had so much shopping that they asked us to use the conveyer belts, couldn’t tell you why. Danielle or daniella was genuinely a horrible person to deal with. Making us seem like we were robbing the store. Making the security come over and watch us put our stuff on the belt. Asking us questions and just being so so rude when all we want to do is get our shopping and go home. Never ever ever returning to this Asda again. This woman was just so nasty I genuinely couldn’t believe it.

Little distance from my home but love visiting when get chance especially with roll backs.

Great choice, always clean. Staff are happy. No wait at the till. Self service is available.
