Just moved to St Helens and visited the bank for our charity account. Joined one queue and waited 20 mins before realising it was heading for machines not people. Moved to business queue and waited another 20 minutes as only one person available. What a fiasco. Now looking for another branch to visit as will not go back here.

Hate going to this bank, queue forever, then had to let someone else use the machine while I waited again for assistance as she was helping someone else. Why did they have to shut the fingerpost branch?? In and out of there in no time, and no machines ..just friendly human beings !!

This place is a joke queues to the door and no one knows how to use the machines sort it out barclays
