We visited the Skoda Showroom in Lye on Sunday 16th October. We were helped by Harry who exceeded all of our expectations. With his superb advice and experience we managed to get the car of our dreams. Only 3 days after visiting Harry, we left with our new family car. Everyone we encountered whilst in the show room were beyond helpful. Scott and Chloe from the service department were also second to none. I would recommend anyone who is looking into getting a car to visit here first. You won’t regret it!
Wow, Just bought a car from Johnsons Stourbridge, what a great experience, Nick the Salesman could not have been nicer or more patient. After taking me for a test he then spent time helping me understand how everything worked an explaining how Johnsons was a major distributor for Skoda and one to be relied upon to give an excellent service, with this and his 39 years experience who could refuse to buy from them. A good real was struck and I went away a happy bunny
Came in for a part to order for my car. Very helpful and friendly. Parts arrived very quickly. Will be back again if I ever need anything else. Forget the woman’s name on the parts desk but she was of great help.
I phone this garage in August to get new parts for my skoda they return my call one month later. Is just me or is there no pride or sense of urgency to return people calls now. Will not be using these any time soon as they can't do the simple tasks so how are they expected to carry out servicing on my car.
We were helped by Emma at this Skoda branch. Emma was absolutely brilliant and went the extra mile to make sure the car was perfect for us. She listened to everything we wanted, kept us fully informed and updated and delivered us the perfect car! The whole team were lovely and I would highly recommend asking for Emma. We genuinely really appreciate her effort in making our car buying process a smooth, easy and enjoyable experience. She's a credit to this Skoda branch!

Would recommend Nick and the team to anyone looking to buy a Skoda . Easy to deal with , knowledgeable, proactive , keep customers up to date with progress without the need for any chasing and do exactly as they say . Very good experience and would definitely buy from them again.
We were impressed by Harry being interested in what we needed from a car. There was no hard sell. Harry was knowledgable and willing to bring the car to us for a test drive due to our circumstances. He genuinely wanted us to get the right car and we have been extremely pleased with our Karoq. The after sales care has been equally good. We would highy recommend Johnsons to anyone looking for a new/used car.
Just bought a jaguar from Skoda Stourbridge. Drove it back to newcastle so really got time to suss it out. Great car. Nick looked after me from start to finish. Even phoned me a few days later to check all was ok. Top bloke! Smooth transaction. Would highly recommend.
Nothing short of 5-star service from Emma and Brad at the Stourbridge branch. Had enormous issues getting to view the used car we were after our car died on the way! They were happy to re-arrange the schedules to allow us to recover the broken car to them, and were happy to take it as a deposit against the replacement. Emma was very patient with my initially nervous driving during the test drive and showed me a great deal about the car that I wouldn't have thought to ask about or look for. Everyone we spoke with was extremely personable, very friendly and at no point did we feel pushed or pressured into buying. While of course Emma was required to offer the extras, again there was no 'push' to sell. As I said when I left happy in my new car, I hope I don't HAVE to see the sales team again any time soon, but I would have no hesitation in returning there. I would also be happy to have my car serviced there, assuming that the service department is even half as good as the sales team and I have no reason to doubt they would be Thank you again
