I had a really positive experience at Evans Halshaw. Linda and Mark were so helpful and answered all my questions since it was the first time I had purchased a car through a dealership. The whole process felt easy thanks to Linda doing a lot of the heavy lifting regarding paperwork. They were also very flexible on times for me to come and pick up my vehicle. I feel looked after and am certain they will help me with any future queries regarding me new car. It was well worth the drive over to Stourbridge!

We were dealt with Tom/Isuru and indirectly by the manager. We arranged to meet with Tom to purchase the Audi A5 Sportback. On arrival, Tom was busy with another customer despite giving him a heads up as we were travelling some distance. Tom stopped by for 2 minutes to say he has the car ready and it has been EH approved. The car was not ready - there were damages, scratches and very noticeable chips.  We also had a part-ex in place, which was knocked off £700 onsite with inadequate reasons. Isuru said "The online price is provided by head office, it's not a guarantee"... which is fair enough if you thought the part-ex was in any bad shape - the truth is, it was kept better than their sales cars!  Awful management and service, highly recommend to avoid especially if travelling far

I went to look at a Ford edge and was very pleased with it so went in and spoke to Chris which he was more than happy to help me. He was very polite and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Very easy transaction would highly recommend him again. And would happily come back to deal with him again. So thanks.

Evans Halshaw Kia Stourbridge have been brilliant.  We needed a 'new' used car so decided to look at Kia, as their prices seemed reasonable and you get that extra warranty. Laura and Chris let my wife take a couple of cars out for a test drive then, the following weekend, Linda - she's brilliant! - arranged a further test drive for me of a Kia Stonic automatic. We now own the car!  Linda communicated brilliantly, keeping in touch regularly without being pushy. She made sure the car was prepared, serviced, valeted and took her time to explain every detail while my wife was buying the car. We opted for the service and MOT plan too which Linda offered - again, without 'pushing' the products onto us.  Can't recommend Kia Stourbridge highly enough. And Linda is exceptional!

We purchased a Fiat 500 and are extremely happy with the service we received. We would definitely recommend this garage to others. Linda was so helpful and guided us through all steps of our purchase effortlessly. It was the easiest car purchase we have made and we love the car purchased.

Salesman Sam Rayson listened to what we wanted regarding a full electric vehicle and advised what car was best suited to our needs. Car took longer than expected to arrive from Manufacturers however once it was delivered to site and ready for collection Sam took time to explain fully all of the cars functions. Very pleased with my purchase and service to date.

This dealership is a place I enjoy doing business with and I find myself recommending them to my friends on a regular basis. Andrew Livesey deserves every medal available for customer service and excellent support throughout the process of getting a new car. He has always gone far above and beyond in every aspect of both providing my car and ensuring that all goes well thereafter. He and the equally wonderful Nathan from the technical/mechanical side of things recently took time from their busy schedules to check out an issue with my car, and could not have been more helpful, informative or kind. I honestly cannot thank them enough.
