Advert stated 'service history'. Service history book wasn't completed. Simon told me that they just hadn't filled in the service book. Chased up three times to get the book filled out. Simon said 'people who buy automatics rend to look after their cars'...turns out there wasn't a full service carried out for 40,000 miles, just minor ones. Also only then found out a service was due...they didn't even service it before selling it. It was a year since the last service. Car broke down 5 weeks after buying it. Simon just said 'its not covered in the warranty'. Was I offered any money back for the work carried out? No. Not that I have even seen the warranty. I've chased for that three times too and still had no warranty in the post. It is now two months since I bought the car and not seen any paperwork. I thought the son told me there was breakdown cover too. So I didn't bother getting any. I may have got that wrong but I could have sworn he told me that., So that's £150 for breakdown emergency as well as £150 parts as I hadn't joined a breakdown company.. Plus a full expensive service not there, I wouldn't go there ever again. So that's £600 on top of the cost of the car. Thanks. Only good thing; at least that £600 didn't go to them. Now I know why they wanted £200 when the other cars only needed £100 to secure them ...they knew the car would need a lot doing to pass the M.O.T Certainly took the shine off getting a car after passing my test...a big shame as I was advised to go to an independent dealer. Never again .
Absolutely amazing service by Simon yesterday. I was very nervous about buying a new car after being let down in the past by previous dealers. Simon helped me through everything and answered every single question I had to ask, nothing was too much for him and he made me feel at ease. The car was exactly as described and he had no issue showing me how everything worked. I cannot thank Simon enough, I haven't stopped smiling since getting my car yesterday. He was the most friendly and polite sales man I have ever met. Will deffinatley be recommending Roundabout Car Sales to my friends and family.

I checked out his garage as I was looking for a replacement used car for my daughter. I found Simon to be helpful, courteous and polite. He provided clear answers to my questions. driving the car I had chosen to my home for my daughter to test drive. It arrived fully valeted with all the correct information about the cars history. My daughter is very pleased with the car it drives well. Thank you Simon for helping make this process uncomplicated.

this has been the most quickest and seamless handover of purchasing a new car I have ever done. From seeing it to Simon delivering it , it was 2 days. Fantastic customer service , everything done on line, he even filled out my tax info for me....would give 10 stars if could!!!!
Good stock of cars. Simon the owner is a straight talking honest guy who was very very helpful in assisting us in buying a fiesta zetec from his stock. 3 months warranty 12 months mot and 12 months breakdown included in sale. Very satisfied with service...would definitely recommend.

Brilliant car forecourt with a wide range of cars to choose from. I my always bothers me to see such negative reviews as dealing with Simon left me with the utmost confidence that the car would serve it's purpose and made me feel welcome to come again. To those have have nothing nice to say may be do some home work before you buy the particular car as a second hand car will be used to some extent but I had every confidence that the car where sound and fit for purpose. I can highly recommend the service and attention I received from Simon. What a smashing bloke. I always thought there was no such thing as as an honest car salesman? I have been proved wrong. I saw a spotless DS3 for sale on Roundabout car sales website, to cut, long short, Simon offered me above the part-exchange book price for my car and also delivered the car from his showroom, the other side of Birmingham, to my home in Pontefract West Yorkshire.
