Overall the experience was decent. William who was the car salesmen went above and beyond and was amazing for me. Only negative was the condition of the car on pick up. It had a mark on it and was repaired by the dealership but panels are not the same colour as can be seen in the photo. This is leaving me £100s out of pocket. When raising a concern on the day of the pick up William once again tried to help as best as he could along with his manger who also was very helpful, however the big manger would rather do her hair and make up then come and speak to us which was not a great feeling at the time.
Excellent, professional and friendly service from Linda Collins, who went out of her way to accommodate requests, and ensured that everything from preparing a video, valet finessing, and delivering the vehicle at precisely the requested hour Birthday surprise! went absolutely smoothly. Very happy with the service, and with the car.
Purchased a car for the first time via a dealership, and admittedly was apprehensive as to what my experience would be. But I have to say the sales representative Linda Collins was absolutely first class, really kind, patient, took time to answer all queries, and was exceptionally well prepared. I left Kia Stourbridge with a very beautiful blue Kia Sportage, and a huge amount of admiration and appreciation to Linda. Thank you Lin, and the team at Kia Stourbridge.

A very pleasant experience buying a car from this dealer/branch. After seeing a new Kia Sportage on the road me and my partner decided to pop in to our local Kia dealership Stourbridge to have a look and was dealt with by Tom one of the used car sales executives who we instantly trusted through his honest opinion of what car suited our needs and budget. After finding a vehicle we liked , we tested it and were happy however we went away and visited Clark’s Kia in Kidderminster and was so disappointed with the service we instantly returned to Evans Halshaw Kia in Stourbridge to purchase the car from Tom . Purchased a used Niro with the help of Linda Collins. She was very helpful and pleasant throughout. From initially taking a test drive through to collection. She assisted with the transfer of my private plate, nothing was too much trouble.
