Brilliant service, bought a car from a lady called Tabs and couldn't be happier with it. Price was better than I could find anywhere else and the after care is excellent. Will definitely be buying another from here in future.

The service was outstanding by all staff members, but, especially Tabz. She looked after me from beginning to the end of sale and still provides great aftercare. She did not rush me and found a car to match the needs that I wanted and I wasn't pressured at any stage to buy anything. Thanks so much! Will recommend all my family and friends to the Stourbridge branch in the future.

I went to the amblecote store and received a friendly welcome. My sales executive was Tabassum Khalil and she was very understanding and patient with my lack of knowledge and helped me make the best descion for my first car. I was also able to test drive the car and set up my insurance on her computer. She was able to make the experience a lot less daunting. She is a credit to the company!!.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!! Aftercare is awful. Been stuck with them for 6 years now due to me being young and naive when I refinanced with them. They sell you dodgy cars that supposedly have nothing wrong with them, give you only 3 months warranty and charge extortionate prices to fix things! When you have a MOT and service from them they purposely take the whole day to do this so that you can't get the work done cheaper somewhere else. Dropped my car off at 9:30 and didn't get it back until 4pm! Had to hang around in the area as I don't live nearby. This resulted in a very tired and frustrated toddler! They didn't even apologise and walked off when I complained! Even had the cheek to try and get me to buy another car! Once my finance has finished I will never ever step foot in any Arnold Clark again! They are only interested in the initial sale.
