Massive thanks to the excellent Lauren and Jerome for helping me make the exchange from my previous Auris Hybrid to my nearly new and highly improved Corolla Hybrid. The process was swift and hassle free and I'm loving my new car. Great customer service from a great company. I'd highly recommend.
A wonderful experience. I would recommend the dealership without any hesitations. All members of staff were welcoming and attentive at every visit. Special thanks to Lauren and Peter for making the process relaxed, informed and uncomplicated. The bouquet of flowers with my purchase made it all the more memorable and special.
Excellent, professional, friendly service from Lauren who made my experience purchasing a car this morning very pleasant and easy. Particularly making me feel very comfortable during my test drive, after not driving for a prolonged period. The manager Gerome was very informative, honest and flexible about payment options which were consistent with what I had expected.
I'd give it a 0 if I could. After a 6 month wait which I understand I arranged to pick up my new car only to be told the day after they had ordered the wrong model. Made a formal complaint as there was further issues of how I had been treated as a young girl on my own and had no response to my formal complaint. Went to another Toyota dealership and had wonderful service. Would never consider the Stourbridge branch again and have told others to avoid.
A big thank you to Gerome and particularly max who were very helpful in my purchase of Toyota Yaris 1.3, 63 plate and Iain and Peter who over looked the sale. Max was very friendly humorous and knowledgeable in his work. Maybe in the near future when i have a service at Toyota he will be a general manager? Kind regards and thanks Steve
So I booked a test drive for a Toyota Auris at the end of September 2022 after paying the reservation deposit. Upon driving the car, it felt like a liability and was wondering as to why this should be the case even though the car had only done 55k miles. It turns out upon opening the bonnet that the car was involved in some major accident over it's life and had been repaired to somewhat questionable standards. I am a qualified accident repair engineer, wasn't hard for me to spot the issues straightway but someone who doesn't know much about cars and is relying on their expertise and knowledge; try elsewhere. I find it hard to believe that a dealership will pull such a trick and guess what, called them 4 times after that to get my deposit back but I am yet to hear back from them or see a refund. I shall avoid at all costs.
Highly recommend All staff we happy to help Had the pleasure of dealing with Lauren she was so helpful and made sure I got the car I wanted. picking up the new car was so smooth and easy she practically did everything for me so all I really had to do was pick up the keys
Phoned the garage regarding an issue with my car starting, they managed to book me in same day for a battery test, thankfully the test came back that the battery was faulty and they replaced same day. No cost to me. Fantastic customer service.
I couldnt recommend the team at Toyota Stourbridge enough and would advise anyone to go to Sid in particula if they want an honest, respectful and first class experience. After having a few issues at a Toyota dealership in Tamworth where an ordered car never arrived, I visited marshall stourbridge to see if there was anyway I could actually get what I needed. In the end I drove away with a higher spec vehicle with multiple add-ons of which were included without having to ask! all for cheaper than I was quoted at the Tamworth dealership. Nothing was a problem and the team did their best to fit in around my availability to sort it.
Excellent service, great communication definitely recommend. Customer service by BEN Benjamin Kyle is remarkable and the delivery was 2 months early
