Motor: Toyota Aygo 1.0, Silver AVOID! I Bought a car a few months ago and 2-weeks later had to spend £150 on new brake pads, as the current ones had worn out - Ash refused to honour the 3-month warranty, he initially offered. Now I have recently found out that 'new' clutch CarWise installed for me before I bought the car, was dodgy and of very low quality. Also, the gearbox was damaged and eventually detached from the engine and was on the verge of malfunction. The PS drive shaft had seen better days and also required a replacement. Overall the repairs cost me £500 £650 inc. brake pads; I bought the car for £1500 - not worth it, at all and this dealer knew the car wasn't any good, yet took my hard earned money. Also, before I bought the car, I was promised 2-keys. I only received one and this was never resolved; despite, persistent requests. Please avoid this con-man at all costs, and spend your money wisely, elsewhere. You will incur problems, avoid this dealer and save yourself from getting ripped off. Be vigilant. I also had a problem with this dealer Ash earlier, where I left him a bad review on AutoTrader; because, I was unhappy with some of the initial service; to which he then accused me of creating fake reviews and advised that he never recognised my name or the car. Although there is nothing I can do about the damage as it is now repaired; but, I will be reporting this company to trading standards, to review their regulations; you have no right, to con people out of hard-earned money and as you can now see, I'm not the only one, and this experience has greatly put me out of pocket. AVOID. 3rd Class - 0/5 Mr. Ramial Aqeel.
Be careful of this dealership - we bought a used car from here and it broke down the day after we bought it. They said there were 2 bad tyres on it and they were changed with part worn. It had a new MOT but a massive problem that we had to pay to fix to drive it back to them. Did we get the money for this......NO - dodgy people!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER. They don't even deserve one star. Had to take them to court to get my money back for an un-roadworthy car. Even though I won the case they still didn't pay so sent the bailiff's in. Eventually got all my money back. They should be banned from selling any car.
NO NO NO!!!! Don't buy nothing for this dealer, he is a layer and have only bomb cars. When you see on internet any cars from this trader run away. NO recommand to take nothing even for 1 pound because you will regret after!
Bought a car in October and realised straight away that it has so many things wrong with it, i have tried to contact them as i have a warranty but i have been completely ignored. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Bunch of con men cars advertising with warranty but when I rung up and spoke with them they said it didn't come with warranty as it was sold at knocked down price 2700 instead of 3000 which was knocked off for a cracked windshield and a service as they refused to service it without a deposit first hard the text msgs copy and pasted Me Do you still have the silver a3 and would you be able to service it before Saturday that's the soonest I can come look at it and hopefully pick it up Them Leave a deposit now and i will get it serviced. Me Not putting a deposit on a car I havent seen that's silly I will be coming sat to look at it Them Ok. We can't service it at the moment. Stay clear of this place just Asians after money at every swindle
Purchased an astra sri ,no mot when purchased thay finally got round to do an mot ,car was not road worthy had to have lots of work done ,bodge jobed work to make me happy ,2 months after turbo went and front breaks thay repaired turbo that then failed in 3months no after care but threats took car to a turbo specialists,ready to blow engine !!do not buy from this company poor after care ongoing probs with car , , on going offences in court and trading standArds, I was sold a pile of scrap and knowing I had a young family traveling in car ,avoid!!this company
BOUGHT A CAR OFF THIS DEALER AND NEEDED OVER £4000 OF REPAIRS AND IT HAD BEEN IN A CRASH WHEN I RUNG UP NO ONE THEIR SPOKE ENGLISH THEY SPOKE PERFECT ENGLISH WHEN THEY TOOK MY MONEY DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THESE CON ARTISTS
