The best value hostel sorry hotel I have ever stayed at. £38.50 in London really is cheap! We can't really.complain about the room for paying such a cheap amount. Tight travellers bear in mind you get what you pay for and.this a prime example. There is a reason why the Hilton brand does so well.

Nice hosts but it was hard to find where to check in. Rooms were basic but comfortable. Shower was great but needs a good clean as there is a slight buildup of mould in the shower in room 2. All in all though it is good value for its location and I would consider staying here again if I'm working in the area.

I don't even know where to start. The accommodation of this place was out of this world. All the windows had cracks and gaps, mould around every single one. Toilet, sink and shower was discrase. Mouldy and unpleasant to use. Cups and spoon for the coffee where dirty. The room had really bad smell which was really hard to cope with. There are lots of other stuff which could be added to this room. The manager has offered me to move to other room which was one of the best ones they had and it looked to me like it was one of the worst ones. Pictures on Google are about 1 year old and do not justice of how the place really look like.

If any stars they deserve minus! I am absolutely appauled. Booked online from the 29th - 1st to stay in what seemed a lovely farmhouse B&B (Stifford Clays Farmhouse Hotel) The pictures advertising the hotel were nothing like the interior of the hotel at all. Mould covered windows which they tried to hide by having the blinds shut which led to mould being on the inside of the blinds, mould around the bathroom, including the inside of the shower, behind the sink and toilet. Uneven floors and holes and marks EVERYWHERE! Don't let me forget it absolutely STUNK. The pictures on the website are false advertisement stating it's a fully restored traditional B&B. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL! We didn't stay there due to such bad conditions and have asked for a refund straight away as of leaving the property the first night of arriving and they have refused and stated that we aren't getting a refund.

I stayed at this hotel from November 1st for 3nights and found that it was comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful and good for a chat. I did read the bad reviews before booking and was wondering what I had let myself in for , but I don't know what people expect for £40 a night.
