nnExcellent stay – highly recommended!nnThe receptionist was absolutely fantastic — very friendly, professional, and excellent at communication. They went out of their way to accommodate our needs and even kindly arranged an early check-in, which was really appreciated.nnThe rooms were spotless, well maintained, and surprisingly spacious, making the stay very comfortable. The hotel is in a great location with a restaurant nearby for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as supermarkets within easy walking distance, which is very convenient.nnThere is also a very good, secure car park with plenty of space, making it hassle-free for anyone travelling by car. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience from start to finish. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this Premier Inn in Thurrock.

First time using Premier Inn.nI must say having used hotels worldwide including 5star hotels that I was extremely impressed.nI have never experienced such a friendly and warm reception. The manager a charming lady called Kim was so very friendly and professional and helpful.nFacilities were actually far better than I expected for the price. Our room was spotlessly clean and well equipped.I can’t speak highly enough of our stay. Please pass on our thanks to Kim and all of her staff.

We stayed at this Premier Inn to meet with friends and socialise.nThe rooms were tidy, although the bed was very small, considering it was a premier plus I was expecting a bigger bed.nReception staff were very pleasant and helpful.nI Wasn't happy that we had to pay £7.50 to park even as a staying guest, this would put me off staying again.

I stay in a lot of these round the country but this one one of the better hotels. Great room and far better quality than the old style. Adjoining restaurant is a brewers fayre which I'm not a fan of but bar was pleasant enough and again service was good.

Great hotel, clean rooms, good breakfast, lovely staff members, plenty of parking, you have to pay for parking here, if like us you are a blue badge holder it's free. Easy access from here to Lakeside and a big Sainsbury's just around the corner
