Three days refunded because now hot water was available. A big thank you to Shirley who ran the bar most nights and looked after is with kindness, but nobody else was interested in providing the advertised service. Little atmosphere in room and bathroom was very basic. Recommended for short business trips only. But don't rely on eating the if you work late. Depends on the direction of the wind how much you get.

Very nice as usual. We come with our pet and we always clean up, so we are welcomed again. The staff are pleasant especially the cleaning staff. Love Brenda Berenice and coco the parrot. You have to remember if you treat a place with respect they will have you back. We are also very respectful of other guests.

The Travelodge is quiet a nice hotel and it's cheaper than most of the other hotels in Norwich or surrounding it. It's good foe a quick stay, the location is good for if you need to be at the bus station after you leave as it is right beside it. I did encounter some problems getting into my room but that was quickly resolved

Basic but clean and comfortable. Will be using again. The food was fine and reasonably priced. I had the tower burger and and a cider for £14.45. Internet is extra so used personal hot-spot so cannot comment on the WiFi. Staff were friendly. The breakfast has all you really need. It's not a massive selection but it's plenty.

Lovely clean room with a great breakfast, but didn't get a lot of sleep due to the noise of the traffic. Boiler had also broken down so no hot water. We were offered a room price refund.
