The room was quite small and oriented to street with busy road. Hotel is cosy, nice bar downstairs and very clean. Overall I would recommend it.

Staff were polite and professional but at £72 per night (on a week night) the room really wasn't worth the price, it was small, badly furnished and had a very strong paint smell. The place is also very dated, and not in a good way.

A good base when visiting Norwich, free parking & a five minute walk to the centre. A comfortable room, well heated with plenty of hot water - an adequate breakfast - pleasant & effective staff.

Very cute and amazing architecture of the hotel! The breakfast is really good ! However this is an old building and it keeps creeking and making noise which makes it difficult to sleep !

One of the best hotels in its class. The restaurant is underrated with only two rosettes and could be a stand alone establishment with its varied and interesting menu. Rooms are well appointed and the staff are always happy to help. We always feel 'at home' when we stay.
