Stayed here for two nights. Good location near the city centre, about 20min walk from station. No air con and the rooms were really hot but window had been left open and there were 2 fans in the room when we arrived so felt the staff were doing the best they could to make everyone comfortable. All the staff were friendly and breakfast was good. Was in Norwich for the 10K race and there were care bags in reception the day of the race with water and either a banana or cereal bar and bath salts which was a lovely touch, we much appreciated the kind gesture!
Standard room, with no aircon and little ventilation which made it very hot to be in. Fan was provided tho and on when arrived with window open. Good location to get into Norwich, with a multi story close by for parking with reasonable prices. Staff were helpful with providing extra pillows and towels when needed which is great.
I always stay here as it's a central location when I visit Norwich. The staff are amazing especially Wendy at breakfast time! The rooms are really hot on particularly warm days despite being given 2 fans, it's an unfortunate downside. Very accommodating whenever I stay, nothing is too much trouble.
I love staying at the premier inn. Great location in terms of being in the city and the disabled parking to the side makes coming here so convenient.nnAlso, the accessible rooms at the end of the corridor are the most awkward rooms to get into. A lot of manoeuvring is required to get a wheelchair into the room. The room itself was great. Lovely wide doorway into the bathroom but getting into the room itself was a bit of a mission.nnJust stayed yet again and we've had the best stay yet here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Needed a couple more extra pillows and the person at reception was kind enough to bring them to our room.
Had a great stay here, staff were lovely and very accommodating. Spoke to a woman called Tracey and a Scottish guy who were very helpful. Clean and quiet.
