The location is excellent, centrally positioned and only about a 10 to 15-minute walk to the heart of town.nnThe staff were polite, the bed was comfortable, and the room was a good size, though the toilet paper felt more like napkins.nnOverall, it was comfortable, safe, and good value. A solid stay with the usual Premier Inn standard, which is to say it was a good experience, and I’d happily recommend it.

A great place to stay, just a few minutes walk from the centre of town. Super comfortable bed and room, spacious, so no struggle climbing over your suitcase to get to the bathroom which is so common in hotels these days!nnParking is available in the local public parking about 2 mins walk along the road. Pity there's no discount from the hotel which is often available with hotels, as it cost £22.00 for less than 24 hours, but that's not the way parking places make a living I suppose nnStaff were super helpful and friendly. AND the room was SO quiet, even on a seemingly quite busy street, so had a great nights sleep!

We have used this hotel 8 times in the last 2 years and will be using it for another 8 times in the next 2. Perfect location for walking a short distance to the city centre, the castle, the cathedral and everything else Norwich has to offer. The hotel has comfortable rooms and helpful staff. Maybe there should be some sort of benefit ie complementary breakfast for those who stay there on a regular basis.
