This place proclaims to be a top end boutique establishment but it is not at all - the bed was very hard - the TV is small (when people stay in a hotel the TV is important as its often the only thing to do) - all things live able you might say. However the customer service is awful - the staff are rude - i am staying in Norwich for 6 months and was looking for a second home during the week so would have spent thousands but they were not interested. I advised them i was from Aviva so could be eligible for a corporate rate - although they applied the discount they then got in touch with a finance director from my company who had his PA message me (rather embarrassing and unnecessary). Needless to say i will not be staying here - rather stay at the Travelodge the beds are more comfortable anyway!

A wonderful afternoon tea, very friendly helpful staff, great atmosphere, beautiful restaurant and delicious freshly made food. They even did a great gluten free selection.

Amazing hotel, nice and clean and very polite staff. Would definitely go back there!

Would not go there again. Poor food, bad service, it was cold. Was there last Xmas, what a change for the worst.
